​The city operates seven municipal parking lots and three garages at the oceanfront.  Municipal surface lots and meters except for 24 1/2 street & 300 block of 25th street are free during the off-season which begins November 1st through March 31st. There is no overnight parking offered during the off-season at the surface lots and meters. All locations and meters accept major credit and debit cards.  Pay by phone for on-street parking provided by GoPassport. Questions about a meter?
