Mount Trashmore Skate Park Temporarily Closed Due to Emergency Concrete Repair

The skate park at Mount Trashmore Park is temporarily closed due to emergency concrete repair. With weather permitting, completed repairs are anticipated by tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday, April 24. Please contact park staff at (757) 473-5237 to inquire about delays.

Substrate repairs to the adjacent vert ramp are ongoing and are expected to be complete by the end of the week.

Mount Trashmore Skate Park is located at 310 Edwin Drive and has 24,000 square foot extensive street course flowing from an aboveground, seven-foot deep bowl. The competition-sized vert ramp stands at a massive 13.5 feet tall and 40 feet wide.
