Enhance Your Swimming Skills with Swim Clinics for Competitive Adult Swimmers

Take your swimming training to a whole new level! Learn how to swim faster with less effort, relax and find your balance, and to effectively breathe in any condition. Karlyn Pipes Neilsen, an experienced masters swimmer who holds over 208 masters world records, will lead this clinic.

 

Three clinics will be conducted at Seatack Recreation Center:

  • Open Water Swimming Skills Clinic will be held 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm, Friday, May 4, 2012, and costs $125.
  • Faster Freestyle Swimming Clinic will be conducted 11 am – 3:30 pm, Saturday, May 5, 2012. Your skills will be videotaped, so you will be able to analyze your own stroke. This clinic is $175.
  • The Multi-Strokes Swimming Clinic will be held 11:30 am – 2:30 pm, Sunday, May 6, 2012, and costs $130.

Please note that a Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation membership or visitor pass is required. To register, please visit any Virginia Beach Recreation Center.
