Looking for ways to build your landscaping business? Thought about doing business with the City of Virginia Beach? Attend Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation’s Landscape Management Vendor Open House on Wednesday, May 9 from 10am – 12 pm to learn how to navigate through the City’s procurement process and what you need to become a contractor for the organization. Additionally, vendor applications and on-the-spot certification stations will be on hand. All attendees are advised to bring business licenses as well.

Small, women-owned, and minority-owned businesses are especially encouraged to attend. Additional information regarding Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise (DMBE) certification can be found at http://www.dmbe.state.va.us/
