All applications for Public Utilities' City Services Bill Pandemic Relief Program must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, June 20, as the program is ending on June 30 with the close of the fiscal year. This pandemic relief program provides financial assistance to qualifying applicants based on the services charged on their monthly bill.
