Gunshot wound in the 500 block of 16th Street

On Monday, February 10, 2020 at 10:22 p.m., Emergency Communications received a call for a firearm violation in the 500 block of 16th Street. Officers arrived on scene and determined that the gunshots were related to a dispute between individuals near the 400 block of 16th Street. While canvassing the area Officers located one adult male with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital by Emergency Medical Services. There is no suspect information available at this time. This case remains under investigation by members of the Department's Homicide Unit.
