Shooting at 19th Street and Parks Avenue

On Friday, December 27, 2019 at 2:45 p.m., Emergency Communications received a call for a gunshot wound near the intersection of 19th Street and Parks Avenue. When officers arrived on scene they located an adult male suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The victim has been transported by Emergency Medical Services to a local hospital. This scene is still active while detectives are investigating this case. At this time there is no suspect information to provide at this time. This case remains under investigation by members of the Department's Homicide Unit.
