Atlantic Union Bank and Trust Robbery

 July 16th at 11:36 am Virginia Beach Emergency Communications received a report of a Bank Robbery at the Atlantic Union Bank and Trust located at 641 Lynnhaven Parkway.

The suspect entered the bank and passed a note to the teller demanding money.  He fled the bank after receiving an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency.

The suspect is described to be a black male, late 20's-mid 30's, 5'7 - 5'8. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and white baseball cap. ​

Investigators are seeking assistance in identifying this suspect. Anyone with information regarding this crime is encouraged to call Virginia Beach Crime Solvers at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP (1-888-562-5887). Tipsters will remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000 if their information leads to an arrest.
