Grand Jury Returns 83 Indictments: Man Indicted for Bank of America Shooting, Robbery

Harvey L. Bryant, Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Virginia Beach, announced that a grand jury meeting in Virginia Beach Circuit Court today returned indictments against 71 individuals charging 177 separate offenses.

Among the individuals indicted was Timothy Dason Holloman Jr., age 29, of the 400 block Southgate Ave, Virginia Beach, Virginia.  Holloman is charged with Robbery, Aggravated Malicious Wounding, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and two counts of Use of a Firearm in connection with the shooting at the Bank of America on Virginia Beach Boulevard near Town Center on January 3, 2011.

Sixteen (16) of the individuals were indicted for felony drug crimes. The grand jury also indicted five (5) individuals for felony Driving Under the Influence.  Those individuals are:
