Starting at 9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, Tidewater Utilities Construction Inc., under contract with the Department of Public Utilities, will begin replacing several defective water pipes at the intersection of Holland Road and Rosemont Road, and along the 600 and 700 blocks of Rosemont Road.  During repairs, these areas will experience a change in traffic patterns.  Signs will be posted directing motorists to alternate routes.

This project will take place nightly between 9 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. and is expected to be completed by Dec. 20, weather permitting.  Area residents and business owners will have access to their properties at all times.
