UPDATE: Double Homicide - 1000 block of Coach Circle

The decedents have been identified as 31-year-old Christopher Jerome Bailey, of Norfolk and 30-year-old Feraud Lloyd Beard of Virginia Beach.
This remains an ongoing criminal investigation by members of the department's Homicide Unit.

On Sunday, December 30, 2018 at approximately 8:37 p.m., Emergency Communications received multiple 911 calls to report hearing multiple gunshots in the area of the 1000 block of Coach Circle. When officers arrived on scene, they located two deceased adult males. A third victim, a male, was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
This is an ongoing criminal investigation. As details become available, they will be released.
