Virginia Beach 2018 State of Tourism Luncheon Set for Nov. 8 at Convention Center

​The Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) has opened general registration for the bureau's annual tourism luncheon and address.

On Thursday, Nov. 8, members of the hospitality and business communities and the general public are invited to join CVB Director Brad Van Dommelen as he shares the latest tourism data and addresses the vibrant state of tourism in Virginia Beach.

Special guest John Martin, CEO of SIR, a strategic management research firm, will provide insights into perceptions of Virginia Beach by potential travelers and how the industry can work together to attract a new loyal set of lifelong Virginia Beach vacationers.

Doors of the Virginia Beach Convention Center, 1000 19th St., Virginia Beach, VA 23451, will open at 11:30 a.m. The luncheon program starts at noon.

Pre-registration is required. General admission seats are $25 each and tables of 10 are available for $250.
