Credit Card Larceny & Fraud

On Friday, March 9, 2018 at approximately 2 p.m., an octogenarian woman was at Panera Bread located at 896 Lynnhaven Parkway.  Later that day the elderly victim received a report from her credit card company inquiring about fraudulent purchases.  It was then she realized that her wallet was missing from her purse.  These photos are of the suspects using the credit cards.
