Help Identify ATM Thief

Virginia Beach Police investigators are seeking assistance in identifying the below pictured suspect, who is responsible for a larceny from an ATM.

On September 13, 2017 the victim was at a stand alone ATM inside Lynnhaven Mall, located at 701 Lynnhaven Parkway.  When the ATM dispensed the victims cash, the suspect grabbed the money and ran out of the mall.

The suspect is described to be a 20-30 year old male, approximately 5'5-5'6, between 140-150 lbs.  He was wearing shorts, a dark colored long sleeve shirt and a dark colored ball cap with a logo on the​ front.  He had a moustache and a slight goatee.
