On Thursday, October 19, 2017 the Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association of Virginia Beach (CPAAA), the Youth and Community Action Team (YCAT) and the Virginia Beach Police Department's Crime Prevention Unit will be hosting a Child Sexual Abuse Forum.  The event will take place in the auditorium of the Meyera E.
