Tree Work Scheduled for Indian River Road Tomorrow and Shore Drive on Sunday

Motorists should expect slight delays

Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation will be conducting tree work at two different locations this weekend. On Saturday, July 15, crews will be working on Indian River Road from Lynnhaven Parkway to Elbow Road from 7 to 11:30 am. Minimal traffic impact  is expected as there will not be any lane closures. On Sunday, July 16 from 9 am to noon, work on Shore Drive at Fort Story will involve a lane closure headed east toward Atlantic Avenue.
