Elbow Road Closed this Morning for Tree and Debris Removal

Motorists should use alternate routes from approximately 9:30 am to noon

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation will be removing hazardous trees and debris from last Friday's storms on Elbow Road from Roundhill Drive to Walpole Street this morning from approximately 9:30 am until noon. The work will require the lanes to be closed and motorists are asked to use an alternative route in the meantime.
