City Seeks Input on Housing Challenges and Concerns

Public Meetings on Virginia Beach Housing Study Scheduled for Aug. 10

The Department of Housing and Neighborhood Preservation invites the public to learn about the Virginia Beach housing study and provide input on housing challenges and concerns on Wednesday, Aug. 10. Meetings will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 7 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, 1000 19th St., Room 2 A-B.   

The housing study is being conducted by the Virginia Center for Housing Research at Virginia Tech and czb, LLC.

During the meetings, researchers will review preliminary findings and lead group discussions to help shape our understanding of the Virginia Beach market and the need for housing reinvestment.
