Grommet Island Park will close April 23 for maintenance; Bayville Farms Park parking lots will undergo renovation

​(Virginia Beach, VA) – Grommet Island Park will be closed Saturday, April 23 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for maintenance and repair. Maintenance will include sand and litter removal. 

In addition, the parking lots at Bayville Farms Park will undergo renovation starting Monday, April 25 and continuing for approximately six weeks. During that time, parking will be limited and in certain parking lots, parking will be restricted. The renovation project also includes installation of water fountains in the dog park at Bayville Farms.
