Get the Scoop on the History of Ice Cream

(Virginia Beach, VA)- To celebrate National Ice Cream Day, join the Virginia Beach History Museums at the Francis Land House for Sunday Sundaes on July 20 at 3 p.m. This interactive program will be sprinkled with fun facts about the history of ice cream. Top off the experience by trying out a hand-crank ice cream machine, tasting a historic flavor of ice cream, and enjoying an ice cream sundae.

The Virginia Beach History Museums include the Francis Land House, Adam Thoroughgood House, Lynnhaven House, and Princess Anne County Training School/Union Kempsville High School Museum.
