Virginia Beach Public Utilities Seeks Input on Monthly Billing

With additional services and higher rates affecting the size of the average combined services bill (water, sewer, storm water management and solid waste collection), the Department of Public Utilities invites customers to tell us whether you would prefer to receive your bill monthly, as opposed to the current bi-monthly schedule.

Customers can learn more and provide feedback by visiting the city’s online citizen engagement tool, Virtual Town Hall, at www.VBgov.com/virtualtownhall from Feb. 17 to March 3.
