Accela Contractor Central
The Accela Contractor Central mobile app makes it easy for contractors and construction professionals to view and manage projects across multiple cities and counties in one central location. They can schedule project inspections and communicate with inspectors and other contractors directly from the app.
Adopt-a-Drain
When you adopt a storm drain through the City of Virginia Beach Adopt-a-Drain program, you are volunteering to keep your storm drain clear from debris, such as grass clippings, leaves, pine needles, sediment, and trash. By taking care of your adopted storm drain, you’re helping to keep our local waterways clean and healthy.
Hoopla
Borrow popular movies, music, audiobooks, and television shows from your local library and play them on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch. All you need is a library account from your local library. Titles stream instantly, and are automatically returned at the end of the lending period.​

Passport Parking
Park and pay at City‐owned metered spaces and lots at the Oceanfront with the PassportParking® app, your smartphone and a credit card. The app is fast and convenient and allows you to extend your parking time if needed and even receive alerts letting you know when your time is about to expire.

VB Connect

VB Works
Here’s a one-stop-shop for you to report a problem. Whether it’s a pothole, street light out, graffiti, flooding or other local problems that are a safety hazard or eyesore, the VB Works app makes reporting a problem easier than ever. The app uses your GPS to identify your location, provides a list of appropriate issues, and also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request. Reports are automatically sent to the city and routed to the appropriate city department for resolution. You’ll also be able to follow your issue from the time it is reported until it is resolved.​​
