Appeal Process

Real Estate Reassessment Notices are mailed February 28th, 2020 for FY 2020/2021. Hearings to review your assessment will be held March 16, 2020 through May 15, 2020.

The staff of the Assessor’s Office wants to ensure that your assessment is accurate and equitable.

If you have questions regarding the information on your real estate record, the assessment process or the Assessor’s opinion of value on your property, please call our office to discuss your concerns with an appraiser.  A review of your property record for accuracy or a field inspection can often clear up any misinformation.

A formal appeal can be filed with the Assessor by the property owner or their authorized agent.  Select and complete the correct form below and return it to our office for review.
