The Central Resort District project area is approx. 695 acres and extends from Atlantic Avenue along the East, Birdneck Road to the West, Laskin Road to the North, and 17th Street to the Sount. These projects will be designed and constructed together and will address drainage inadequacies in the Central Resort District.
