​The Virginia Beach Department of Public Utilities is part of the City of Virginia Beach government. The City Council meets on the first, second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Meetings are held on the second floor of City Hall at the Municipal Center. Agendas for upcoming meetings may be requested from the City Clerk's office, (757) 385-4303 or downloaded from VBgov.com. Meetings are open to the public.
