You may receive your bill later than usual. Because of this, your bill may be for more dates of service than usual, and therefore may be higher than what you are used to. You do not need to call to let us know you have not received your bill. If you have not received your bill and aren’t sure if it’s been sent out, you can call (757) 385-4631 and select option 1 OR log onto PU Online Services

Customers using the Firefox web browser may be unable to access Public Utilities Online Services. We are working to resolve this issue, and apologize for the inconvenience.
