Due to planned maintenance, Public Utilities Online Services will be unavailable on Monday, July 24 2017 from 5:00 p.m – 6:30 p.m. We apologize for the inconvenience.  To make a payment, please access Western Union Speedpay.​


​Beginning ​July 1, we are no longer offering  extensions on bills. However, accounts will not be considered delinquent and eligible for water service disconnection until 90 days past the bill date. Please note that on the 75th day of an outstanding balance, a $1.50 late fee will be applied. If full payment of the delinquent balance is not made by the 90th day, a $20 delinquent fee will be assessed and the account will be eligible for water service disconnection.​
