Proudly Serving the Citizens of Virginia Beach

Welcome to Virginia Beach Public Utilities!

Due to planned maintenance, Public Utilities automated phone system will be unavailable on Friday, September 25th, between 5:30p.m. – 10p.m. We apologize for the inconvenience.  To make a payment, please access Speedpay

Important: Due to recent inclement weather and the impacts of COVID-19 on staffing, we are experiencing meter reading delays resulting in  longer than typical billing periods and higher than normal bills. We ask for your patience as we work as quickly as possible to return to our typical meter reading schedule of every 28 to 32 days.
