Our call center is experiencing phone issues resulting in some customers having trouble reaching us. Virginia Beach Public Utilities temporarily suspended delinquent service turn-offs after the 5/31 event; however, delinquency service turn-offs are anticipated to resume in the coming months​. All customers have 90 days past the original bill date to pay the bill in full. While we do not offer payment extensions or arrangements, information regarding bill payment assistance through the Public Utilities Water Assistance Program and other community resources can be found here.

Our call center is reopened as of Monday, June 17, at 8:00 a.m. and can be reached at 385-4631. Our Line Fees office is also​ reopened and ​ located in Building 1. For a Line Fees appointment, or for a customer issue that cannot be resolved via phone or online, please call 385-4171. Thank you for your continued patience.
