Coronavirus Impacts - Public Utilities:​​​​​

Due to impacts of the Coronavirus, we are not accepting walk-in customers and are accepting limited customer service requests by telephone (385-4631) until further notice. Routine requests can be submitted online at or by email at and will be processed as soon as possible.

Appointments for processing utility connection fees (for new and renovated properties connecting to city water/sewer for the first time) will now be exclusively by telephone. Utility connection fee payments can be mailed in or placed in the drop box behind Building 23 at 2473 North Landing Road.

At this time, Public Utilities is not disconnecting water service due to nonpayment. To avoid water service termination once service turn-offs for nonpayment are resumed, please continue to make regular payments on your account.​

We are not accepting walk-in customers for the public kiosks at Public Utilities Operations at 3500 Dam Neck Road until further notice. In the meantime, requests for Record Services can be submitted by phone at 385-8942 or by email at Requests for Utility Infrastructure Location Information or Utility Line Work can be submitted by email at​.
