Out-of-Town Applicants' Process

Many out-of-town applicants ask how many visits to Virginia Beach will be required before the academy start date. 
Here is a quick explanation of how we structure the process to accommodate out-of-town applicants:

Visit #1:  Written test
Visit #2:  Polygraph exam and interview with the background investigator
Visit #3:  Oral interview and physical agility testing (Friday) and, if successful, psychological exam on Saturday and medical exam on Monday (when possible)
