An Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map to change the zoning district classification of all property located within the geographic area described in the following boundary description from its present zoning district classification (RT-1, RT-2, RT-3 or RT-4 Resort Tourist District or A-12 or A-36 Apartment District or B-2 Community Business) to the “OR Oceanfront Resort District” and to eliminate the  Laskin Road Gateway Overlay District, and to  adopt and incorporate as part of the Official Zoning Map the Frontage Map, Setback Map and Height Map (dated January 2012) as displayed to the City Council and reproduced in the Oceanfront Resort District Form-Based Code.
