In addition to or as part of the Comprehensive Plan, there are several area or corridor plans, studies, and design guidelines that are used to guide and manage the future physical growth in the city. Some of these apply to a specific area, while others apply to a certain type of development, regardless of its location in the city.
Most of these plans, studies and design guidelines are "documents adopted by reference" by City Council as an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. As such, they are interpreted to be official City policy. All documents adopted by City Council are indicated below by an asterisk *.
