Adult Coed Sand Flag Football

Sand Football is a non-contact, coed flag league that is offered in both the Spring and Fall. The game is played six on six with a minimum of two females on the field at a time. Teams may carry up to 15 players. Games consist of two 40-minute halves and are played at the Virginia Beach oceanfront on Sunday mornings.
Due to continued hiring challenges being faced by contracted officials organizations, schools and Parks and Recreation, league maximum capacities will continue to be impacted. Due to these reduced capacities, leagues have been filling prior to registration end dates. If your desired division is filled, please contact Sports Management at 385-0458 to be added to a waiting list or if you have any additional questions. Register early for the best opportunity to play. We appreciate your understanding.

League Description
