Firefighter Challenge presented by STIHL is making its long-awaited return to Mount Trashmore along with the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® US Trophy event for the Virginia Beach Festival of Champions! The event will also feature family-friendly activities, food trucks, beer tent, and a special concert by Celeste Kellogg put on by Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation. Don’t miss the action – all events are free and open to the public.

STIHL TIMBERSPORTS®, the original extreme sport, features the best lumberjack athletes competing with razor sharp axes and high-powered chainsaws.
The US Trophy event is the sport's most physically demanding competition, with the nation’s top 12 ranked athletes chopping and sawing four logs in four different disciplines back-to-back in grueling knockout match-ups, all in less than two minutes.
STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® started in 1985 at regional U.S. logging competitions, and has grown to become a worldwide phenomenon with National Championships in 27 countries. 




 Firefighter Challenge

FFC.jpegWhat is the Firefighter Combat Challenge? 

The Firefighter Challenge presented by STIHL is a demanding 5-event physical challenge that firefighters throughout the world participate and compete in.

The primary purpose for the Firefighter Challenge presented by STIHL is to promote the selfless spirit and extraordinary fitness level of America's elite firefighting heroes. 

Individual competitors or teams must complete a total of five events consecutively. Competitors must wear a helmet, coat, pants with liners, boots, gloves, and a breathing apparatus during the entire duration of competition. 

The challenge is timed from the start of the first event to the end of the fifth event. Competitors must complete the five events within six minutes.

  5. Victim Rescue

Celeste has released two singles to Country Radio "Country Swagger" & "There’s a Beach Somewhere".  Both singles have charted on the Music Row Country Airplay Charts out of Nashville.  Spotify has featured both singles on Fresh Finds Country & New Music Nashville.  "There’s a Beach Somewhere" is currently featured on Spotify’s Gulf & Western Playlist with over 562,000 streams and 1 million + streams over all. Country Music Television has also featured both the "Country Swagger" & "There’s a Beach Somewhere" Music Videos. 

Celeste has had the honor of winning the Nashville Universe Rising Star Award in 2016 presented by Storme Warren of Siruis XM The Highway held at the world famous Wild Horse Saloon.  In 2018 she would capture the Nashville Universe Female Vocalist of the Year award in the front of the Wild Horse Crowd and broadcast on TCN, The Country Network.
