Get started on the right foot reaching your fitness and wellness goals with a free 30-minute informational consultation with a Fitness & Wellness staff member.  They will discuss your past workout history and help determine what programs and/or services will best fit your needs, overall helping you to achieve your fitness & wellness goals.

    Get started on the right foot reaching your fitness and wellness goals with a 30 minute informational session with a Personal Trainer.  They will discuss your health & fitness goals and your past workout history to determine what programs and/or services will best fit your needs and help you to achieve your goals.
  • Fitness Assessments - $25
    To reach your goals, you must know where you're starting from.  Fitness assessments are used to determine your current fitness level, training goals, and a strategy for improvement.  The fitness assessments are 60 minutes in length and are provided by our nationally accredited certified personal trainers.

 AARP FitLot

AARP Sponsored FitLot at Williams Farm Park

Get ready for a new, outdoor fitness experience at the new AARP FitLot at Williams Farm Park! Designed for all ages and abilities, the fitness park features moving and static gear to enhance strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility training. This project is grant-funded in collaboration with AARP and the national organization, FItLot Outdoor Fitness Parks.

Our nationally certified personal trainers will design an individualized fitness program, with coaching and one-on-one instruction throughout the workout​​, that will help you achieve your personal goals.​​​

 Small Group Training

...Small Group Training

Small Group Trainings have it all;  specialized, focused training that improves your workout and in an encouraging environment that keeps you motivated.  

Our nationally accredited personal trainers/instructors will lead the group through progressive programming and motivate them to reach their individual goals.
Small group trainings are 4, 6, or 8 week progressive fitness & wellness programs that will meet 1-2 times a week and will have approximately 3 to 12 group members.  Small Group Trainings are available for members and non-members to participate in.
