Princess Anne Athletic Complex Office Replacement
The new Princess Anne Athletic Complex Office will be constructed to replace the existing Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation Sports Management/Athletics Office. The new office will be a 2,096 SF pre-engineered metal building with insulated metal walls and roof.
The new office will feature the following amenities:

  • Private office
  • Conference room
  • Break room
  • Restrooms
  • Support spaces
  • Heating & air conditioning
  • New walkways
  • Fencing
Construction of the new Princess Anne Athletic Complex Office is set to begin in early 2022 and is expected to be complete in the Spring of 2023.
