Three Oaks Path
Three Oaks Path is a VDOT awarded Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) Grant to construct a shared-use path connecting the surrounding neighborhoods to Three Oaks Elementary School and the Redmill Shopping District beyond. The connection will be made through the City-owned Three Oaks Park on Princess Anne Road just northeast of the Sherwood Lakes Subdivision.

​Project Details

  • VDOT TAP Grant Award late 2018 with authorization to proceed granted in 2019
  • Survey work is complete and preliminary design has begun.
  • Path layout and preliminary stormwater review has been completed.
  • Construction is expected to be completed Winter/Spring 2024
