RBdigital LogoA new app called RBdigital has replaced both the OneClickdigital and Zinio for Libraries apps. The app is available for iOS, Android and Kindle Fire.

Check out a video preview and the Q&A below for information about the new app. Contact the library or RBdigital help if you need additional assistance.

What are the benefits of the new app?

  • OneClickdigital ebooks and audiobooks and Zinio magazines are accessed from the same app.
  • You no longer need to use a separate website to browse, search for and check out ebooks, audiobooks or magazines.
  • Magazine reading is improved, with page previews at the bottom of the screen and the ability to convert pages to text only.
  • Use a built in help feature to request assistance directly from RBdigital.

How do I get the new app?

  • The OneClickdigital app will notify you that there is an update available and will automatically download the RB Digital app when you update. If you have automatic updates turned on, your app should have updated automatically to RBdigital with no action on your part. The icon will change to reflect the new app name.
  • The Zinio for Libraries app will notify you to download the new app from the app store. The Zinio for Libraries app will be available until Oct. 23, 2017, at which point you will need to download the RBdigital app to view magazines.

Will my login change?

  • No, you can use your previous login and see both audiobooks and magazines in the same place.

What happens to ebooks and audiobooks I already have checked out in the OneClickdigital app?

  • The items will remain checked out to you, but you will need to download them again in the new app.

Will the OneClickdigital and Zinio websites change?

  • The websites will remain the same, aside from both being re-branded as RBdigital, and a design and user experience update to the OneClickdigital site. Magazines will remain on a separate site.
