Virtual Tech Help

VBPL is piloting virtual Tech Help appointments using WebEx, a web-based video conferencing system that enables audio, video, and text-based communication in an online "meeting room." During your appointment, we can share our computer screen with you AND you can share the screen on your computer or mobile device with us. This means you can see what we’re demonstrating on our computer and vice versa as needed.
