Each kit contains everything you need to host a small-scale cleanup including:

• 1 five-gallon bucket
• 4 handheld litter grabbers
  
• 4 reflective safety vests

VBPL received these litter kits through a partnership with the City of Virginia Beach's Stormwater Management division in Public Works.
