Wireless Internet Access
Wireless Internet access is available at all Virginia Beach Public Library locations. Wireless internet use is subject to the library's Technology Policy. Printing is available from library computers.
To connect to wireless at VBPL, select the VB_LIBRARY wireless network from your computer or device and accept the terms of use.
At the TCC/City Joint-Use Library, VBPL account holders can access the AccessTCC wireless network by choosing TCC Guests on the homepage. You will be prompted for your library account number and a password, which is your last name in all caps.
Public Computers
Computers with internet access are available to the public at all Virginia Beach Public Library locations. Customers are limited to 4 hours of computer use per day, with a session limit of 2 hours.
A library account or internet use account is required to use the public computers. Use of the library's public computers is subject to the Library Technology Policy. Customers owing $10 or more in fines will be unable to access the public computers.

Study Rooms
At the TCC/City Joint-Use Library, each study room is equipped with a flat screen monitor and computer.
