About Finance

Through strong leadership, the mission of the Finance Department is to deliver comprehensive financial and business services, and protect the City’s resources in a high-quality, cost effective and innovative environment that inspires trust and supports our community for a lifetime.
Finance includes Accounting Office, Accounts Payable, Debt Administration,  Financial Systems Services, Minority Business Council, Payroll, Risk Management,  and the Deferred Compensation Board.
