Motions on the Duty Judge Motion Docket shall be set  electronically by going to the Motion Docket Calendar. This online motion docket calendar will show all the appointments that are currently scheduled.  You will use this calendar to determine and coordinate available dates and times with the parties prior to scheduling. After determining available date and time, complete the  Duty Judge Hearing Request Form​ below and submit via email to (Dutyjudg@vbgov.com). 

You will need to use the Duty Judge Hearing Request Form . This form will need to be emailed to dutyjudg@vbgov.com.  Please use the Motion Docket Calendar instructions below to look for an available time slot. 

The Duty Judge Hearing Request Form will be reviewed upon receipt. If in compliance with the Court’s procedures, you will receive an email confirmation from webex with your connection information instructions and the judicial assistant will print a copy of the Duty Judge Hearing Request Form for the case file. If there are any problems or issues with your request, you will be notified accordingly. If you do not receive your confirmation or have questions, please email us at dutyjudg@vbgov.com before your hearing.
