  • As a friendly reminder, the CBO encourages you to check your benefit plan deductions during your first few paychecks in 2019 to ensure you are enrolled in all of the plans you elected during Open Enrollment.
  • If you completed your Open Enrollment elections by October 7th, our office will send early bird movie tickets to your work location by December 14th. We will also be randomly selecting the five winners in our next Benefits e-Bulletin.

Access Benefits Enrollment

The Consolidated Benefits Office is partnered with BENEFITFOCUS® to provide you with an online benefits enrollment platform where you have the ability to:

  • Receive details on all the benefit plan options offered to you, including coverage and cost
  • View informational videos and have access to tools to help you understand your benefits
  • Enroll in and review your benefits online using a computer, tablet or smart phone.

Open Enrollment is offered annually to give you the opportunity to enroll in, change or cancel your health, dental and/or legal benefits, add or remove dependents from coverage, and enroll in a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account. The only other opportunity you have to make changes to previously mentioned coverage is when you are experiencing a qualifying event. All other benefit plans may be elected, changed or canceled throughout the plan year.

Elections made during Open Enrollment become effective January 1st of the new plan year.
