Municipal Parking Lots / Garages
The city operates six municipal parking lots and two garages at the oceanfront, they are:
· 2nd Street Municipal Lot
· Rudee Loop
· 4th Street Municipal Lot
· 9th Street Garage (200 9th Street)
· 19th Street Municipal Lot – North and South
· 25th Street Municipal Lot
· 31st Street Garage
· Croatan South Parking Lot

Most hotels in the resort area offer free parking for guests of the hotel. Please ask at your hotel about their parking policy.
Towing
Vehicles still in municipal surface lots after 2:30 a.m. will be towed unless you obtain a Do Not Tow sticker (please see related information to the right for details about the Do Not Tow program). Overnight parking is permitted at the 9th Street and 31st Street garages only.
