Live Video Streaming will be available for all public sessions of Virginia Beach City Council meetings and Planning Commission public hearings. Council formal sessions begin at 6:00 p.m. on the SECOND and FOURTH Tuesday of the month. Council Workshops are the FIRST and THIRD Tuesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. Planning Commission begins at 12 noon on the second Wednesday of the month. If you miss a live event, video archives will be posted on the Thursday following the Council meeting and the Friday following the Planning Commission meeting. A one month meeting library of City Council and a two month meeting library for Planning will be accessible at any time.
