Set Sail for Adventure and Learning on the Latest Edition of VBTV’s “How in the World?”

Hop aboard the Airship Curiosity for the latest edition of VBTV’s award winning “How in the World?”

 

Learn how in the world e-mail works, or where drinking water comes from.  Travel back in time to discover how ironclad warships came about, and learn about the Battle of Hampton Roads.  What in the world can you find in a cavern, and just how in the world does a hot air balloon work?

 

This educational journey also quizzes students about water conservation and the “Brain Gain” activity shows youngsters how they can grow their own stalactites at home. 

 

“How in the World?” is hosted by Pilot Lindy Fay, who fields student questions, and then flies the Airship Curiosity in search of experts who can provide the answers.

 

“How in the World?” is closed captioned for the hearing impaired and airs on VBTV (Cox Channel 48, Verizon Channel 45, and Cavalier Channel 119).

 

Sunday at 7:30 p.m., Monday at 6:30 a.m., Tuesday at 10:30 p.m., Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., Friday at 10:30 p.m., and Saturday at 1:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
