The next meeting of the Virginia Beach Community Services Board will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29 at the Department of Human Services, 3432 Virginia Beach Blvd.

The Virginia Beach Community Services Board (VBCSB) is composed of citizen board members appointed by the Virginia Beach City Council to review and evaluate the community-based mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse service delivery system.
