You will be able to see all the appointments that are currently scheduled, but will not be able to schedule your appointment. You will use this calendar to determine and coordinate available dates and times with the parties prior to calling our Duty Judge Docket Clerk at 385-4502 to schedule the matter.  Please be aware that although this calendar is updated several times throughout the day, it is possible that an appointment could have been filled that you requesting, so it is recommended that you pick more than one date and time before calling.

Appointments are scheduled from 10am-1pm and 2pm-4:00pm for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour.  Appointments can be scheduled in time slots that do not currently have something scheduled.  Refer to the Circuit Court Motion Docket on the right to see what is permitted to be set on the motion docket prior to logging into the calendar.

Please note:  When viewing the On-Line Motion Docket, you will notice entries that read either: TRIAL DATE DOCKET: FULL (in red) or TRIAL DATE DOCKET: OPEN (in green).  This information relates to trial availability only, not motion hearings on the Duty Judge Docket.  To determine available Duty Judge Docket time slots, please use the procedure outlined above.

Instructions

Click on the Online Duty Docket link on the Right to access the login page.  ChaosHost.com will open and the login and password can then be entered in the boxes at the top of the page. The login and password information is:

Login ID:  circuitcourt (all one word and it is not case sensitive)

Password:  law

This will open up the Circuit Court Duty Judge Motion Docket. Click on the “Appointment” icon on the left side of the page to view the hearing availability.
