At its October 3, 2005 meeting, the Virginia Beach City Council established the Citizen BRAC Committee and appointed members to the Committee to assure consideration of all relevant information and factors regarding the City’s response to the BRAC recommendations; and to assist with the public communication process and be a conduit for public input to the analysis process.
