If you need a more immediate response and are a Virginia Beach resident, please call the Central Library telephone reference line at 385-0150, or call or visit any local Virginia Beach Public library.
Complicated, in-depth questions require more research and a longer response time. Some questions may, in fact, require that you visit the library in order to have a staff member assist you personally.
