Youth Intervention Team is a Virginia Beach youth group whose mission is to assist in community services involving the improvement of youth behavior and demeanor especially on (but not limited to), the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Preferences for Youth Intervention Specialist:

• Ages 18 to 26
• Receptive to attend ongoing training
• Familiar with the concept of tourism
• Awareness to the importance to visitor safety
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to assist others
• Aware of human diversity and its value
• Good physical condition
• Willing to present a positive youth image
